How long does my credit note or gift card last for?
We offer 12 months on both of these from purchase of a gift card or receiving your credit note so don't feel rushed. We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are received but please allow up to 1-3 business days for returns to be processed.
What currency will I be charged in?
We are an Australian based company who charges in Australian dollars upon checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Before confirming your order, please check that all your personal information is up to date and correct. As soon as your order is confirmed our warehouse will begin the shipping process, so unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order after it has been confirmed. You can however return a product its just a matter of dealing with the returns policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. Track your item;

What are the shipping costs and how long will it take to receive my order?
We have Free Express shipping for orders over $100 in Australia and New Zealand and $150 to the USA and Canada. Please visit our shipping page for more details regarding shipping costs and times for your desired country.
How long until my order leaves the ware house?
All orders are shipped the same day that they are placed if before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday. Orders made after 1pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
All international orders are sent Express with DHL. All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of being placed. All orders made on public holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day AEST.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your Lush Design pieces as much as we do so if you change your mind or are not satisfied with our product, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item. All you have to do is get the product back to us following our returns policy and we can offer you a credit note to spend online. Be sure to visit the returns page because there might be slightly different points to follow depending if your return is for change of mind or products you believe are faulty or incorrect. Unfortunately we can't offer a return on sale items. At this stage we can only offer a credit note for change of mind. Please read below to exchange for a different size of the same product.
What if its for another size of the same product, its in stock online and I need it for the weekend?
If you just need an exchange for another size of the same product, we ask you to purchase the product online as a normal sale. Then complete our return form and follow all return steps to post the product back to us. This will ensure the fastest possible process to get your product to your door. Please adhere to all return conditions and we will credit the same payment method you used to purchase the original product with the value of the product, minus any original shipping costs. Please allow us 5 business days to process the refund and we will send you a confirmation email once this is complete. Please visit our returns page for details.
I live on the gold coast or am visiting soon, can I bring my product in to exchange it in store?
As helpful as the girls are at our beach front boutique they cannot process exchanges or refunds that you have purchased online. They can offer the best advice on our product and do man the online chat, so drop in store if you are in town!
What hours is the online chat open?
Our chat is available 9am-5pm Monday-Friday AEST, weekends and public holidays 10am-3pm AEST. If we are not available for any reason, please leave a message or send us an email at email@example.com

I live overseas and won't be visiting anytime soon, will I have to pay customs and duties?
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. You can contact your local customs office for more information. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. Lush Design cannot except any responsibility for customs or import charges and we are legally required to declare the full value paid for shipments and must include an invoice for customs if it is required.
